GORGEOUS Sherri Hill Homecoming Dress Bust 26” Length 32” The underskirt has been spot cleaned as shown in the photos and is not noticeable unless the tulle is up. There is a line on the top layer of tulle. It doesn’t appear to be a pull nor is there a hole. It appears to be a flaw in the manufacturing of the tulle.
